One Faith – Pinot Blanc paired with apple pie + caramel + lemon zest + oat crumble

Foolish – Sly Rosé – spicy tuna tartare + black sesame + chives + cured egg yolk + wonton crisp

Gneiss Chief Red – porcini arancini + umami aioli
