Based in Oliver, British Columbia, Winemaker’s CUT produces fresh, lively wines with an Old World sensibility.

The wines elevate any meal, while paying homage to the Slovakian roots of winemaker Michal Mosny. Like a movie director, he thoughtfully considers how to interpret each Okanagan vintage in his estate CUT and flagship Bohemian wines.  And the soundtrack doesn’t just play an important role – it’s part of the story. Classical music is played throughout the estate vineyard and cellar, helping to establish healthy, balanced vines that are naturally farmed.
